Rental Rates
 

We think you'll find our rental rates competitive and a great value for the money.

Our monthly rental rates:*

• Two bedroom apartments - $1,095

• One bedroom apartments - $975

Our rental rates include water, trash pick-up, recycle pick-up, and sewer service.

No long-term lease is required.  Rental agreements are on a month-to-month basis.  We require a Damage/Security Deposit and a Carpet Fee, but we do not ask for pre-payment of the final month's rent.

* Military/Coast Guard Discount:  $150 off first month's rent for active duty military and Coast Guard.
