Olympic Mountains are visible in the distance.
Looking south toward Olympic Mountains. Photo shows sidewalk leading to front door. Window is to Master Bedroom.
View of two-car garage and driveway. Garage doors are new and include garage door openers.
Photo shows gas fireplace on eastern wall of living room. There is also a large window to the right of the fireplace (its vertical blinds are visible at right edge of photo). The entire southern wall of the living room is windows that are virtually floor-to-ceiling.
The Living Room is large enough to create multi-use areas, as shown in this photo. This shows a small "Library" and desk area which prior residents created in the north end of the Living Room. The Main Level hallway is visible in the background.
The Living Room is quite spacious and can easily be divided into multi-purpose areas. It has one large window on its east wall and three large windows with fantastic mountain views on its south wall. The carpet is a light-colored berber.
The Living Room includes an oak built-in entertainment cabinet. Its middle doors slide open to reveal a metal pull-out, swivel platform which can hold a standard-size television. The Dining Room has a handy pass-through window into the Kitchen, also visible above. From the Kitchen, the pass-through window gives a wonderful view of the Olympic Mountains.
The Dining Room has a lovely view of the Olympic Mountains through sliding glass doors which lead to the deck.
Cabinets are dark wood with copper hinges and handles. Countertops are light-colored laminate. Flooring is light "birch" laminate (looks like wood). Appliances are white-on-white. Wallpaper has a yellow and green floral pattern on a white background.
Laundry Room is visible to left and refrigerator can be seen at right. A large flowering plum tree outside the Kitchen window offers wonderful shade from the western sun during the summer. The Kitchen window overlooks the patio. The Kitchen floor is laminate which looks like birch wood.
The Laundry Room, which conveniently adjoins the Kitchen, has a large laundry sink to the right of the washer. It also has a nice amount of shelving not visible in this photo.
The Master Bedroom includes a double closet and is large enough to accomodate two dressers and a chair. The windows face north and east. The Master Bedroom is on the main entry level of the house, as are both bathrooms.
The Master Bedroom has a private half-bath. The half-bath's window is visible in the reflection of the medicine cabinet's mirror.
Full bath is on main level, opposite Master Bedroom. Dressing table with knee-hole is visible on left, just inside door. To right (not visible in photo): floor-to-ceiling linen closet, tub, separate shower with glass door, and private alcove near window with toilet.
The lower level of the house includes a large Rec Room with windows all along its south side. This view of the Rec Room shows a "decor" brick fireplace (non-functioning) on its eastern side.
This photo was taken from the Rec Room windows and shows the view to the south. In addition to seeing a bit of the neighbor's roof, there's a wonderful view of the Olympic Mountains. The lovely Gravenstein apple tree is also visible just outside the Rec Room windows.
This photo was taken from the Rec Room doorway and shows part of the deck. Below the deck is a handy garden potting and storage area. The Olympic Mountains can be seen in the distance. The Rec Room door has direct access to the fenced part of the back yard.
This bedroom, which is on the lower level, has two large windows, one of which can be seen in the photo. It offers a view of the back yard and a bit of mountain view too. The back yard fence is visible through the window, with the Gravenstein Apple tree on the other side of the fence.
This bedroom, which is on the lower level, has one large window that faces west. A lovely rose bush with coral-colored roses grows just outside the window. This room also has a large double closet.
The back yard is quite large and its western portion is completely enclosed with 5' cedar fencing. The fence has two gates: one on the eastern side of the house (visible in photo) and one on the western side of the house near the garage. The two large windows on the right side of the fence are to the Rec Room. The edge of the Rec Room's door is visible just inside the fence. The window in the left of the photo is to the garden potting/storage "shed" which is built under the largest part of the deck.
Photo shows large patio on west side of house. The two big windows are to the two lower-level bedrooms. The bedroom on the right side of the photo also has a large southern window with a partial mountain view. The pink petals on the patio are from the plum tree in the back yard. The rose bush that grows outside the bedroom window on left comes into bloom in June.
The deck spans the full south side of the house. The large windows on the upper right are the Living Room's south windows. The windows directly beneath them are the Rec Room windows. The back yard is fenced to the west and open on the east. The Gravenstein Apple tree is visible on the right and the pear tree is on the left.
The deck spans the full south side of the house, but is much deeper toward the west end and has plenty of room for outdoor furniture. The view from the deck is fantastic! The sliding glass door to the dining room is visible in the photo. Blossoms from the fruit trees are visible to the right of the backyard fence.
The deck includes gated stairs with direct access to the fenced part of the back yard. The Laundry Room west window is visible on the left.
The garage includes a workshop with tool bench and storage shelves on the west side. A window offers a view into the back yard. The east side of the garage has more storage shelving and another window. The east side of the garage also has a "people" door leading toward the covered area by the house's back door.
The east side of the yard has a lovely line of trees that creates privacy from the street.
The street on which the house is located has houses only on its south side. The north side of the street has a lovely apple orchard, as seen in the photo above.
Blossoms from the Gravenstein Apple tree in the back yard.
The garden includes an abundance of lovely trees and flowers, including several lilacs.
The garden has amazing colors in autumn.
Photo was taken from deck, looking toward west.
